TriMax™ Carbon Fiber ABS
Prints using the ABS-M30 EEPROM. Our CF-ABS is 100% compatible with Stratasys® Fortus® printer using the ABS-M30 EEPROM Chip (provided with your order). TriMax™ CF-ABS is a high-performance carbon fiber reinforced ABS filament ideal for anyone that desires a structural component with high modulus, excellent surface quality, dimensional stability, light weight, and ease of printing. Made using Sabic® MG-94 premium ABS and High-Modulus Carbon Fiber. We performed hundreds of hours of testing on this grade in Fortus® printers - both on our in-house printers and with outside beta testers. Due to the abrasive nature of carbon fiber, you should anticipate a 50% reduction in tip-life due to higher wear rates vs. unfilled ABS.
