RAPID+TCT 2025 Recap: Innovation, Collaboration, and Amazing Applications!
RAPID+TCT 2025 was a phenomenal experience for the 3DXTECH team, and we were honored to be part of such an inspiring gathering of additive manufacturing leaders. We were proud to welcome the additive manufacturing community to Michigan, our home and a state with deep manufacturing roots. This year’s event brought together some of the brightest minds in the industry, and our booth became a true hub for collaboration, conversation, and cutting-edge innovation.
Some of our favorite moments were showcasing the Prusa HT90 and a massive Ultem 9085 gear printed by our friends at BigRep — an incredible piece that turned heads and sparked conversations about what’s possible with high-performance materials and large format printers. Another major highlight was the amazing work on display from our amazing customer, The Garage Shop. We featured their Ultem 1010 differential cover and intake manifold, along with an intake duct they delivered straight from a local dyno test in Detroit. Their parts continue to show how far real-world applications can be pushed when performance materials meet expert engineering.
We were also thrilled to have Rob from Vision Miner at our booth, where he demoed the 22 IDEX, discussing its ability to print performance high-temp materials like Carbon Fiber PEKK and Ultem 1010. We had the chance to meet Joel the 3D Printing Nerd and gift him a custom Joel Bot printed in our Thermax Ultem 1010. And one of the most exciting surprises of the event was meeting Josef Prusa himself, who toured our booth and got to see our lineup of high-performance filaments.
