3DXLABS™ TPU (70D)
With a tensile elongation of over 350% at break, a tensile strength of 55 MPa, and a surface hardness of 70 (Shore D), TPU (70D) is the perfect elastomer for applications which need strength without sacrificing flexibility. This material does not become brittle until -65°C, maintaining mechanical performance in a wide variety of environments. TPU (70D) is suited for applications that demand toughness, chemical resistance, and abrasion resistance such as sporting equipment, end-of-arm tooling, jigs, and fixtures that will be used day after day.
As part of our 3DXLabs R&D program, this material is available exclusively to our experienced users who want early access to experimental formulations and the opportunity to shape future products through direct feedback.
3DXLabs materials are experimental and offered in limited batches. If you’re a seasoned user who wants to be at the forefront of 3D printing innovation, this is your chance to try TPU (70D) and help shape its development.
